The Imperial War Museum's Short Sunderland MR.5 (ML796) in Hanger 1 at Duxford. This aircraft served with 228 and 230 Squadron of RAF Coastal Command and later served in the Berlin Airlift where it operated out of Lake Havel. After it's RAF career, it served with the French Aeronavale up to 1965 and then spent some further time in France being used as a nightclub. It was subject to many years of restoration to get it to it's current magnificent condition.
